• All news summaries are AI-generated original text and link back to the original source article.
• We do not host or republish full articles from any news outlet.
• Job listings are sourced from JSearch and event listings from Ticketmaster and baltimore.org.

3. Content Ownership & Attribution

All original news content belongs to its respective publishers. BaltimoreNewsAI aggregates publicly available information from RSS feeds and public web pages. We provide attribution and direct links to the original source for every story.

AI-generated summaries, thumbnails, and rankings are original works created by BaltimoreNewsAI and are our intellectual property.

4. Takedown Requests

If you are a content owner or authorized representative and believe that your content is being used on our platform in a way that infringes your rights, please contact us at team@majesticlight.org. We will promptly review and address all legitimate takedown requests.

Please include in your request:

• Identification of the content you wish to have removed
• Your contact information
• A statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf

5. User Accounts & Authentication

Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Premium Subscriptions

BaltimoreNewsAI offers a premium subscription tier ("Premium") that provides access to additional stories, job listings, and event information. By subscribing to Premium:

• You agree to pay the subscription fee at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal.

Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content

• Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers
